In this study, some important trace elements in "Yuchan" antiageing tea, Sichuan green tea and xuyong green tea were quantitatively analyzed by means of spectrophotometry. The results indicated that the contents of zinc and manganese in "Yuchan" antiageing tea were higher and that of aluminum was lower than that in Sichuan green tea or xuyong green tea. There wus an obvious relation between the trace elements and the antiageing effect of antiageing tea.
