摘要:Two hundred and forty four Wistar rats were used to study the Kupffer Cell(KC)phagocytic function during acute obstructive cholangitis(AOC). The animals were sacrificed respectively at 6, 12, 24, and 48h after operation. KC phagocytic function of colloidal carbon uptake, plasma endotoxin and fibronectin(Fn) were determined, morphology of KC was observed. The results showed that KC phagocytic function and plasma Fn in Group AOC were significantly elevated at 6h and markedly reduced at 48h after operation when compared with the control groups(p<0.05).KC hypertrophy at 6h and KC hypotrophy at 48h were observed. These data indicated that KC phagocytic function varied in different stages during AOC, from hyperfunction in the early stage to hypofunction in advanced stage.
